Out-of-Network Options
If your insurance is not listed above, I may be considered out-of-network. Many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits. Please check your insurance plan for details.
Fee-for-Service
I also offer fee-for-service (out-of-pocket) rates. For questions about these rates, insurance coverage, or reimbursement for out-of-network plans, please contact me directly through this website.
Payment Options
I accept various payment methods to accommodate your needs. For specific information about accepted payment methods, including credit cards and health savings accounts (HSA/FSA), please contact me directly.

No Surprises Act
Under the No Surprises Act, all health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for mental health services and items. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
-
Your “Good Faith Estimate” will include a detailed summary of all the total expected costs of any non-emergency, non-crisis, and routine services. This estimate will include costs including session fees.
-
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your Intake appointment. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
-
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
-
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
